Jeff’s career spans large global executive search firms, specialist boutiques and Arlanda Consulting. He has worked across major international markets, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech and healthcare businesses, as well as CDMOs, speciality chemicals, speciality ingredients, nutraceutical ingredients and FMCG.
His earlier career in pharmaceutical production provides a practical connection to the businesses and operating environments he recruits for.

Jeff personally leads a small number of retained searches at a time, supported by trusted international researchers—several of whom he has worked with for more than 20 years.
The model combines international research reach with the continuity of working directly with the person responsible for the assignment, from the initial brief through appointment and follow-up.
A personal interest in neurological care.
Living with epilepsy has given Jeff a particular interest in medicines and technologies that can improve patients’ everyday lives. That interest is reflected in Arlanda’s epilepsy and neurotechnology focus and in his writing.
